Privacy Policy

BOND ("BOND", "we", "us") helps people in Gurgaon find and book local plans such as sports sessions, treks and meet-ups. This policy explains what personal information we collect through bondme.online and the BOND app, why we collect it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
- Information you give us: your name, email address, phone number, profile photo, city or sector, and the interests you choose.
- Booking information: the plans you book or host, passes issued to you and your booking history.
- Payment information: payments are processed by our payment partner, Dodo Payments. We receive confirmation of the payment, the amount and the last digits of your card or the UPI reference. We do not see or store your full card number, UPI PIN or bank login.
- Usage information: pages visited, clicks, device and browser type and approximate location derived from your IP address. We use Microsoft Clarity and Google Search Console to understand how the site is used.
- Waitlist: if you join the waitlist we keep the email address you enter.
How we use it
- To create and run your account and show you plans near you.
- To process bookings, issue passes and handle cancellations and refunds.
- To share the details a host needs to admit you to a plan you booked (your name and pass).
- To send service messages about your bookings, and product updates if you have opted in.
- To keep BOND safe, prevent fraud and comply with Indian law.
- To understand and improve the product.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:
- Hosts and venues of plans you book, limited to what is needed to admit you.
- Service providers that run BOND for us, including Dodo Payments (payments), Google Cloud (hosting), GitHub Pages (website hosting) and Microsoft Clarity (analytics).
- Authorities, where required by law or to protect the safety of our users.
Cookies and analytics
We use cookies and similar technologies for sign-in, security and analytics. Microsoft Clarity records how visitors interact with the site (for example clicks and scrolling) to help us improve it. You can block cookies in your browser settings; some features may then not work.
How long we keep it
We keep account information for as long as your account is active. Booking and payment records are kept for as long as required for accounting and tax purposes under Indian law. You can ask us to delete your account at any time.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, or withdraw consent for marketing messages, by writing to sudarshanmanojarora@gmail.com. We respond within 30 days.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS). No system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
BOND is meant for adults. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or book a plan.
Changes
We may update this policy. We will post the new version on this page and change the date above.
