Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of bondme.online and the BOND app (together, "BOND"). By using BOND you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use BOND.

What BOND is

BOND is a platform that lists local plans (such as sports sessions, treks and meet-ups) run by verified hosts, venues and community members, and lets you book a place in them. Unless a plan says it is run by BOND, the host is responsible for running it.

Eligibility and your account

• You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract under Indian law.
• Give accurate information and keep your login details safe. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• One person, one account.

Bookings and payments

• Each plan shows its price, time, place and number of seats before you book. Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR).
• BOND charges a reservation fee (currently ₹50 per pass) in addition to the host's pass price. Optional add-ons are charged as shown.
• Payments are processed securely by our payment partner, Dodo Payments. A booking is confirmed only when payment succeeds and a pass is issued.
• Applicable taxes are included in or added to the price as shown at checkout.

Cancellations and refunds

Passes are non-refundable except where a plan is cancelled by BOND or the host. Full details are in our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Hosts

If you host a plan, you must describe it accurately, hold any permissions it needs, run it as described and treat attendees safely and fairly. You are responsible for the plan you host. BOND may remove plans or hosts that break these terms.

Conduct

Do not harass, threaten or discriminate against anyone; do not post false, illegal or offensive content; do not misuse, copy or interfere with BOND; and do not use BOND for anything unlawful. We may suspend or close accounts that do.

Safety

Many plans involve meeting people you do not know and physical activity. Take part at your own judgement, follow the host's and venue's safety rules and do not attend if you are unwell. BOND verifies hosts it labels as "Verified" but cannot guarantee the conduct of every participant.

Liability

BOND is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, BOND is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for the acts of hosts, venues or other users. Our total liability for any claim relating to a booking is limited to the amount you paid for that booking.

Intellectual property

The BOND name, logo, website and app belong to BOND. You may not copy or reuse them without permission. You keep ownership of content you post, and give BOND permission to display it on the platform.

Changes and termination

We may update these terms and will post the new version here. You can stop using BOND and close your account at any time.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Gurugram, Haryana have jurisdiction over any dispute.
